Return Policy and Shipping Information

Return Policy 

Due to the personal nature of our products, we can only accept returns and refunds on unopened and unused items within 14 days from date of purchase, with proof of original receipt.  All refunds will be made back to the original form of payment.

If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact info@ivyandzale.com or call us so that we can come to a resolution.  We will be happy to help in anyway we can and want our customers to be happy with their experience.  

Shipping

How does local pickup work? 

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a message notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.  Please make sure to leave your email address when checking out so we can send you this message.  Due to Covid -19, we will only be offering contactless pickup, we will leave your package outside the front door for easy pick-up.  Please message us back or call us using the phone number on the website if you are not able to pick up the package that same day, we do not want packages sitting outside overnight.  

When will I receive my order by shipping? 

All orders will be fulfilled within 48-72 business hours of being placed.  If you have requested shipping via Canada Post, you will receive a message from Canada Post notifying you that the package is on the way. 

Ivy & Zale can not guarantee delivery dates with Canada Post, as they are ultimately responsible for your package once it has left our shop. 

Shipping outside of Canada 

We understand that any extra duty and tax fees are inconvenient, however, these fees are paid by you the receiver, are set and collected by your country and are non-refundable.
